中电四公司“乘势而上，向新而行”项目一线行活动走进合肥地区项目
5月18日至20日，中电四公司“乘势而上，向新而行”项目一线行工会主题活动走进合肥地区项目，先后到安徽智飞龙科马、安科、睿力、长鑫等6个项目进行座谈，共计有60余人参与交流沟通。华中总部党总支书记李强、副总经理张海滨和总部行政管理部人员参加走访。
座谈会上，党建工会办公室人员分别与项目经理、党员、专业工程师等进行充分沟通交流，详细询问大家的工作与生活情况，重点了解项目执行中遇到的困难以及对公司制度、流程的合理化建议，针对员工关心关注的事项进行了耐心、细致讲解，为员工解答休假、薪酬、职业发展等方面的疑惑。
李强书记对企业文化、公司发展战略和目标等内容进行了宣讲，党建工会办公室人员对推优入党、工会福利、员工活动等情况进行了详细介绍，与广大工程师交流沟通，鼓励大家锻炼自我的专业能力，提升实践技能，为公司发展贡献力量。
