为深入学习宣传贯彻党的十九届四中全会精神，根据中央统一部署和上级党委有关要求，中电四公司将学习宣传贯彻党的十九届四中全会精神作为当前首要政治任务，坚持深学细悟，迅速兴起学习贯彻全会精神热潮。公司党委和各党支部采取多种形式学习领会、研讨交流，紧密结合实际进行党的十九届四中全会精神的学习贯彻落实，切实把思想和行动高度统一到全会精神上来。
为了让各支部更加透彻的学习十九届四中全会会议精神，公司党建办公室特制作了学习课件，提炼释放“中国之治”最强信号——解析党的十九届四中全会公报关键词。
职能体系各党支部、营销体系各党支部以及各控股子公司党支部组织党员进行集中学习并进行交流探讨。执行体系各党支部根据党员分布情况，通过支部大会、支委会、项目党小组会等多种形式进行学习。各党支部书记向所在支部党员报告了个人学习体会，将十九届四中全会精神传达到每一名党员干部。
