北电爱思特（江苏）科技有限公司（简称“BEST”）是由韩国SK集团、北京电子控股有限责任公司、北京汽车集团有限公司投资建立。SK集团是韩国第三大跨国企业，主要以能源化工、信息通信为两大支柱产业，《财富》世界500强，排名84位。北京电子控股有限责任公司旗下拥有京东方、七星电子、电子城3家上市公司，27家二级企事业单位，产品广泛应用于电子信息、航空航天等领域。北京汽车集团有限公司是中国五大汽车集团之一，主要从事整车制造、零部件制造、汽车服务贸易、研发等业务，《财富》世界500强，排名第124位。公司位于江苏省金坛经济开发区，注册资本25亿，占地252亩，建设厂房10.7万平方米，生产三元系（NCM）锂离子电池芯。该项目总投资46亿，新建厂房13.51万平方米，建设3条动力电池极片生产线和5条组装与分容化生产线，年产能量密度大于260Wh/kg的三元系（NCM）离子电池芯6GWh。
