大连大众汽车总承包项目
大众自动变速器（大连）有限公司（VWATD）是大众集团在中国的全资子公司。主要产品是七速双离合器变速器DSG DQ200。VWATD是由最高生态标准建造、运营和管理的，进一步生产AVS凸轮轴，这是最新一代EA888发动机的驱动部件，它将最大的驾驶舒适性与优化的燃料消耗融合在一起。自2007年底奠基仪式以来，该工厂发展壮大，并且符合全球大众可持续发展计划“蓝色思维”。
此项目的施工交钥匙总承包工程，包括以下建筑物：生产厂房、公用站房、润滑油库、3#门卫及消防站、1#2#门卫、液化石油气气化间、埋地液化石油储罐、氨气站、泵房/水池、自行车棚，汽车棚和垃圾棚所有建筑物的土建、结构、装修、机电工程、外场设施，包括但不仅限于道路、停车区域，绿化等新建工程。
