云南植物药业项目
1998年9月成立的云南植物药业有限公司，前身是云南植物药厂，早在20世纪60年代就开始从事植物药原料的研究和生产，为云南医药工业股份有限公司全资子公司。
云南医药工业股份有限公司是根据云南省体改委云体改流复（1999）43 号文批准，于1999 年12 月17 日设立的股份有限公司。云南医药工业股份有限公司是集科、工、贸于一体的股份制医药企业，前身为云南省医药医疗器械工业公司，为云南省最大的医药商业批发企业之一，旗下现有下属全资子公司三家，即云南植物药业有限公司、昆明振华制药厂有限公司、个旧生物制药有限公司，一家参股公司昆明积大制药有限公司。主要经营范围：医用原料、制药设备、医疗器械、中西药品。
项目位于云南昆明，施工范围包含无菌制剂车间、提取车间、动物房、质检楼，建筑面积约40000平米，施工内容包含洁净装修、暖通、电气、普通管道、动力系统等。
