锦州奥鸿药业有限责任公司是以研发和生产经营生化药品为主的高科技生物制药企业。公司于2011年加入上海复星医药集团公司，是复星医药投资板块的核心成员企业之一。公司前身是成立于1999年的锦州医学院制药厂，2002年改制为锦州奥鸿药业有限责任公司。

本项目建筑面积77000平米，施工范围包含洁净室围护结构、暖通、供电、电照、防雷接地、气体动力、空调水、弱电、工艺管道等。
