三圣埃塞制药项目
三圣股份的子公司三圣埃塞（重庆）实业有限公司与张家港市中悦冶金设备科技有限公司在埃塞俄比亚奥罗米亚州杜卡姆市共同出资设立公司进行医药项目投资事宜。合资公司的名称为三圣药业有限公司（以下简称“三圣药业”），经营范围是，制造销售颗粒剂、硬胶囊剂、片剂、原料药、冻干粉针剂、粉针剂、大容量注射剂、小容量注射剂。各方同意实施药业公司医药项目第一期建设，总投资3,000万美元，由各方根据药业公司项目建设需要分期分批投资。
项目位于埃塞俄比亚首都亚的斯亚贝巴的东方工业园，建筑面积47000平米，施工范围包含制剂车间、室外管网、室外电气和综合楼（包括办公区域和质检区域）范围内的所有电气专业（其中还应包括电消防系统）、工艺管道专业、设备设施专业、钢结构专业、净化装饰专业、暖通专业、自控专业、给排水（其中还应包括水消防系统）等专业的安装。
