上海积塔项目
上海积塔半导体有限公司是CEC旗下华大半导体有限公司与上海市集成电路产业基金共同出资设立的半导体科技公司。
主要从事半导体科技、集成电路领域内的技术开发、技术咨询、技术服务、技术转让，电子元器件、电子产品、计算机软件及辅助设备的销售，计算机系统集成，从事货物及技术的进出口业务。
积塔半导体特色工艺生产线项目位于上海临港装备产业区，占地面积23万平方米，项目总投资359亿元，目标是建设月产能6万片的8英寸生产线和5万片12英寸特色工艺生产线。产品重点面向工控、汽车、电力、能源等领域，将显著提升中国功率器件（IGBT）、电源管理、传感器等芯片的核心竞争力和规模化生产能力。
2017年12月，中国电子和上海市签署了投资千亿级的战略合作协议，积塔半导体特色工艺生产线项目是该战略合作协议的第一个落地项目。
