北京华卓精科项目
北京华卓精科科技股份有限公司（简称“北京华卓精科”）是由清华IC装备团队在清华大学及其下属“北京-清华工业技术研究院”和02专项的支持下创立，是一家肩负着专项重大科研成果产业化重任的高新技术企业。华卓精科主要从事半导体制造装备及其关键零部件研发、设计、生产、销售与技术服务。。
北京化卓精科项目位于北京亦庄经海路与科创十街交叉口西北侧，总建筑面积约4.55万㎡，项目施工内容包括一座8层（地上5层地下3层，同行业地下最深抗微震实验室）生产厂房以及研发楼、宿舍楼、门卫等配套设施。公司建立初衷在于将清华大学在02专项中积累的高端垄断技术落地产业化，通过“技术辐射＆下行”的方式，面向国内市场提供产业界急需的高端零部件、子系统类产品。华卓精科以国内著名高校的原发技术为基础，经过多年技术攻关和客户实用，形成了坚实规范的技术研发体系，现在已经成功推出了光刻机双工件台、精密隔振、超精密运动系统、关键零部件等系列化产品。项目建成投产后助力国家半导体行业。
