华晨宝马汽车有限公司，是宝马集团和中国著名的汽车制造企业华晨中国汽车控股有限公司（英文简称CBA）合作，在中国共同组建的生产和销售宝马汽车的合资公司，总部设在沈阳，与华晨汽车在中国共建合资公司是宝马集团进一步国际化的一个重要举措。
