北京燕东微电子项目
北京燕东微电子有限公司（YDME）成立于1987年，是一家专业化的集成电路设计、制造、销售于一体的IDM高科技企业，已经发展成国内领先的模拟集成电路及分立器件制造商；燕东8英寸集成电路研发产业化及封测平台建设项目位于北京经济技术开发区路东区B15M1地块，地块土地面积约7.27万平方米，投资48亿建设一座8英寸芯片生产厂房、研发楼、动力厂房等配套设施，其中芯片生产厂房包含一条月产5万片（25次光刻）0.25um-0.09um（典型工艺为0.11um)、 BCD兼容工艺的8英寸芯片生产线。厂房建设将采用主流的SMIF技术（晶圆隔离技术，即将洁净室直接设置于设备中）和高度信息化技术；未来拟生产产品为显示驱动IC（LCD/OLED）、功率器件（含RF）、电源管理类数模混合集成电路和高可靠器件等；显示驱动电路包括：LCD/OLED驱动电路、电源管理集成电路、DC-DC、AC-DC、LDO等；功率器件MOSFET、LDMOS、IGBT、SiC/GaN新一代功率器件、高可靠应用IC、电源管理电路、场效应晶体管、VDMOS、MEMS等；封测产品，SIP封装、高可靠器件封装、CSP封装等。
